For schools

In an advisory, moderating and guiding capacity, we develop space requirements and functional concepts for future teaching, learning and school living environments for you as teacher, parent and student representatives.

For municipalities

We analyse existing buildings and properties for their suitability and adaptability for future-oriented school construction projects. We design and develop space and functional programmes as well as feasibility studies with cost forecasts from participatory processes and provide all architectural planning services.

Responsibility, security and inspiration in phase zero

As school construction consultants, we accompany, moderate and document the development process of the school in an educational and structural sense. The interdisciplinary school construction consultancy team (education and architecture) has extensive experience in supporting school development processes and in school construction. The content is developed in a participatory process primarily with the integrated steering group, consisting of representatives from the administration, politics and the educational institutions concerned. In addition, selected topics are also discussed with representatives of the parents, pupils and, where appropriate, the local community. Additional experts from the network of school construction consultants can be invited to discuss special topics such as all-day schooling or inter-year learning groups.

Determine spatial requirements. Workshop on functional units and their spatial relationships to each other. The focus here is on users.

Comprehensive documentation, presentation and action-orientated results report for the steering group for final approval.
